Not really a build thread..... kind of like a:

"Just purchased a 7500 mile GS500E that I stripped down, cleaned every inch of, and got ready to hit the road after 15 years of not riding" Thread !

Hey thanks. 

Other than doing a quick re-clearcoat on the tank, everything is pretty much stock.  The previous owner took awesome care of it, but had some light scratches all over the tank that I just couldn't compound out. 

I may pick up a spare tank at some point to prep and paint (and remove the warning sticker). If I can find a good deal on a tank and plastics, I may re-shoot the entire thing is a custom candy color but pretty close to this original color.

The only plans I have so far is to add the BACKOFF XP for the taillight.
