float bowl gasket links?

so i went through this adventure last year and it fixed what the leaky pee-pee hose (or so i thought) problem was.

this year, the bike had been sitting for a while and it felt like it started up fine but after a few minutes, i noticed huge amounts of fuel coming out of the carb air vent hose

So i took it all apart and the right carb had a float needle that was completely stuck in the seat. So i'm guessing that fuel couldn't go into the carb and thus it was coming out of the airvent?

anyway, i'm about to order parts 33 and and 27 from the same fiche as above. Are those the right parts?

i'm even contemplating buying new floats with it. Does anyone know if the float assembly comes with the o-ring for the socket it sits in? also, does it come with the metal pin that the float needle lives on?

figure i would replace all those parts if i can.
