Profile pic - how to post

I have a pic on Photobucket I'd like to use as my profile pic, but so far all attempts have failed.  Help?

click on profile, account settings, then forum profile. near the top is where you put the url from photobucket. it must end in a .jpg and be no larger than 100x100 pixels
