Looks awesome, why did you do the swap to hydraulic clutch? I've only ever used a mechanical, what's the difference?

to be honest with you Clone, there isnt all too much difference, just with a hydraulic clutch, its easier to pull the lever in, not by a big standard but you can feel it, and you dont have to mess about with the clutch lead fraying or snapping on you or even having to lube it up, plus you get the cool little brake res on top ;) i bought the kit on ebay, cost me about £30 i think, but i had to wait like a month for it in the mail, silly chinese air mail :)

Yeah man it's here, just look for another master cylinder if you don't like this one http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/HYDRAULIC-CLUTCH-LEVER-MASTER-CYLINDER-PITBIKE-MX-U-LV11-/160954268327?txnId=1265427039006

so i kinda started over on this one, ireally wasnt too happy with the end product, too much rusty rust and other delights, so ive yet again stripped the bike down, and so far

ive had the frame, subframe, swingarm and wheels powdercoated in a gloss black,

replaced the rusty old shock with a nice shiny new Hagon Shock,

replaced the Streetfighter digital clocks with a simple analogue clock (same style)

the tank and rear faring has been sent off for a satin black finish,

replaced the stock clip on top Yolk triple tree with  gs500f so i can have bars

ordered a Red Renthal Bar

all i need to do now really is reassemble the beauty

i shall upload some pictures of the process so far tomorrow when i get home from work :)

I was looking into the vapour clock but what type have you got there? Was it easy to install? And have all the lights for N, indicate etc..? Thanks in advance

How did you make the hydraulic clutch work on the gs500?

the hydraulic clutch that i got is just a master cylinder and a slave cylinder, the master pumps pressure through the line to the slave and the slave retracts the pin, in the same way that a normal clutch cable would, but instead of it being a cable that can wear and snap, its just a smooth hydraulic line :) just swaps out with the existing cable.

i bought this one on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/391212674376?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

it was simple to install, i just fabricated a triangle bracket with 5 holes one in each corner to match the stock speedo mount and two for the clocks to bolt in then slapped a little carbon wrap on it haha, its analogue so no messing with magnets, and the wiring isnt plug and play, you have to swap a couple wires round so it'll work, all in all took me about an hour to get it mounted and wired up,  the lights on the clock are:

High Beam/ Blue light
Left indicator/ Green Light
Right indicator/ Green Light
Parking Light/ Red Light

there is no N light on the clock so i just wired the Parking light as N

hope i helped as much as i can :)
