It is a sad day guys; I have finally sold the 07 blue/white GS-F.

It is unfortunate, however I must do what I must do. With my work schedule the way that it is, I had not ridden it months, and didn't really have any aspirations to do so (working overnight). In addition to that, I'll also be moving soon, and where I'm moving to does not have room for a motorcycle and a car and all my other junk. So, the odd-one-out had to go.

It's okay, I can always buy another one later on down the road. But for now, I need to sell my KLR250. I'll likely wait until after the first of the year to sell that one.

Sorry to hear you had to let the GS go, but hopefully it went to a wide-eyed newly-minted motorcyclist.
I'm certain that he/she got a good bike to learn on, or just to enjoy the fresh air.
Will you be staying around here or bugging out?  :icon_confused:

I've been here for years, even before I actually had a GS500. I'll still be around. :)

Glad to hear it! I always hate to see an experienced member of any forum drop out for whatever reason.
I'm certain I'll be needing your help with something before long. :)

Honestly, maybe the newer ones are better, but mine is an 86 model. Kinda tired I guess.

LOL - I won't name names but there are certain members of this forum that have taken a rather strong and frankly arbitrary disliking to me. You might find they might follow up one of my "advice" posts trying to refute whatever I'm saying.

Not to worry, hit me up if you have any questions. I'm glad to help out in any way possible. If I don't know the answer, I won't make sh!t up and lead you in the wrong direction.

Oh? I guess I missed the drama then. lol
I try very hard to evaluate each person's merits based on their experience and insight, and leave personality out of it as much as possible.
I know people who are awesome at what they do, and are willing to help others, they just don't have great people skills, so they come across wrong to some, causing folks to miss out on their advice due to mental blockage. In any case, thanks for your offer of help, I'm certain I'll be needing it.

Perhaps I'll get an SV1000 or Katana (CAN-O-TUNA) 750 next.

Always called KLRs killers. Fun rides. Trying to talk friend out of the 89 gixxer 750 project.
