Hi all,
looking for information on where i could source new tubes for my 94 GS500, my tubes are badly pited, and finding my self changing the fork seals up to three times a year, cause of the oil dripping down the fork. I have got a price to get the tubes re-chromed but want to get price for new ones as well, just to see if it be cheaper to renew, Has anyone ever got this procedure done and if so is it worth the money to get done?
Thanks in advance guys, much appreciated!!

thanks for getting back so quick, I take it that the suspension is the same through all models then, mines being a 94, and this being off a 2001, sorry if this is a stupid question, postage is killer here too tho but it still comes in under the price i had fro re-chromeing, another question is the length of the tubes a standard length?

Thanks very much.

Ebay or breakers for good condition used replacements will be far quicker, more convenient and way cheaper than re-chroming.

I picked up a perfect set here in Australia shipped for $250 they where almost new.  With good parts off ebay parts for the GS are cheep. The Suzi dealer wanted $700 for a pair of tubes only.

Ebay for the win !!!
