Bike not giving full power now... Help?

I fixed my idle problem and it sits at 1200 warm now, but my problem is that it's not getting full power, the day I fixed it (2 days ago) I rode it about 100 miles, it got up and went like it should and only did a little bobbing at cruising at 4000rpms and low Rpms 3 and under, but now today I get to go on a ride and it doesn't have the power now, the Rpms take forever to go up, a little smoke from backed up fuel pops out when I shift but still starts right up no problem and idles fine. I think it's getting too much gas and it's not getting full power now. Any idea of what it could be? Stock pilot/150/1 washer and 3 turns out is it's setting
