Cafe project? Cafe project. Cafe project!! CAFE PROJECT!!!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :thumb:
I'll have no idea what piece you're referring to unless you include one of the following: Doobly doo, thing-a-ma-jigger, or dibbledy dop.

that's up to the woman. It's her bike now! She was thinking of leaving it stock and just restore it up to it's original condition.

Looks great!
I'd find some mid 70's spoked wheels and call it perfect.

Be aware, this is not very wise advise!

I think looks awesome as is (+1 to spokes!) but I'm just a sucker for a good cafe project

i'm a huge sucker for Cafe bikes as well.

there are spoked wheels for the bike but the OEM spoked wheels are drum brakes...
also we already picked up fatty tires from Shinko 712, to fit these wheels.

Good score Schultz!

If you start looking into performance upgrades, look at the RD crowd. A lot of the suspension / wheel / brake upgrades that work on am RD350 will fit that XS as well.
83 GR650 (riding / rolling project)

It's opener there in the wide open air...

GS500Schultz

hmmm upgrades huh? lol

Right now i'm more focused on getting my carbs back. USPS has been F%(*& with me for about 3 days now saying "out for delivery" and not giving me any more info besides that.

I agree the tank needs more matte black and possibly green after we do the frame in black.

Don't paint the bike.
Paint a helmet to match it!
