Earlier this year (or the end of last) they redesigned the site so that all of the content for 2004 motorcycles required the latest Flash plug-in. Of course they neglected to inform visitors of that fact and many people just got blank screens when selecting a 2004 motorcycle. Pretty bad screw up IMHO, but did they learn their lesson?

Obviously not. In the past few days, they seem to have tweaked the site again and now all of the 2004 motorcycles seem to be missing. Only this time I can't even find the product line menu. I even had a direct link to the 2004 V-Strom 650 saved as a favorite and there's nothing there anymore.

I just checked and it seems OK to me.  I'm using IE with the latest patches etc.

I tried another computer (my server, not booted in over a week) and it worked fine.  :dunno:

The one that didn't work gets booted every day and has the latest MS patches. Let me try downloading the Flash plug-in again.

Ok folks, nothing to see here. Move along. Sorry about the false alarm.

They (mis)use shockwave/flash for the main sections.  I've never been able to see it.

Well I tried Firebird/Firefox and IE and it worked fine.....well that is except for the fact that GS500 is now offically considered a sportbike not standard in the eyes of Suzuki......damn if they could just kick off the sides and make it look like the S versions.
Cheers!

I tried deleting all of my Internet cookies and temp files. No luck.

I downloaded the Flash plug-in again. No luck.

When I get to the Motorcycles section I am missing all of the menu items to the left of the "dealer lookup" tool.

In IE, you might check

'Tools', 'Internet Options', 'Settings' on the General tab and check that you have 'Automatically' selected for 'check for new versions of stored pages'.
