I remember the trike because of one DISTINCT piece. it had the wedge can from my 5th and 6th gs on it. ( owned same bike twice lol) i knew it was my pipe because of a distinct scrape on it... and it was for sale locally. heck might have been the same bike for all i knew. tbh a trike WOULD be easier to engineer. most of the parts are off the shelf for other motos. and 1 quad.  an adaptation of a 400EX slightly longer rear axle and gs spec wheels and tires to reduce mass.. and a slightly lower geaqr maybe -1 up front maybe even -2 i know its hard to inagine all this cr*p not even 2 mos ago. i wonder if i caused it somehow. i ran across a gal at dollar general in clinton griping about how she cant live with  a sprained finger. I said are you serious? ill trade you these 2 broken ankles one having a very real possibility of being removed from my ownership for a slight finger sprain anyday.  and no the pain drugs they give at the hospital are worthless so dont use that line lol. you wont be able to work for maybe 6 weeks to 6 months ( mines towards the latter IF they can figure out how to fix it. TN has no temp disability neither does the fed govt. gal didnt know what to say . she just left. gal at dol gen, the mgr offered me a job . i said heck yeah  except for one slight issue. i may end up beibg a monopod shes like a mono what? i said a mono....a person with 1 leg. can you accomodate that? she said sure can. just get cleared to work. if they do that part, ill do mine. im like " its a deal. ill be in touch one way or the other. Guys and gals, ive not been myself recently after baring my soul and having a meltdown to a good friend, a MAJOR wtf moment id say.  ive been looking at this the wrong way. i tried looking thru those goggles again and realised WTF . SO WHAT IF I BECOME A MONOPOD. im still going to be me. and janxsbidea of a gs trike, if i become one, id PERFECT. grafting the axle/swingarm from a 400ex lengthening  the axle for stability. using gs drive wheels. this gs will be a honzuki maybe a yam headlight and kawi suspension.  and it will be a yamahonkawazuki   a stiffer clutch to handle the addl weight and -2 up front handles the increase in mass.  bearing changes as well as brake changes will handle driveline issues. OH and a trip to a sign printer/decal maker to have to yamahonkawazuki decals made up. on paper this is doable. kinda stoked lol. will work on a rendering over next couple weeks depicting this. ( had this idea for a while. but no need for it.janx thank YOU reignited this plan now with a potential valid reason to actually make it happen. it WILL be an E model
and it will be a 97 i think because that was frankenbike the 400EX swingarm is perfect except for the too short axle. which ill lengthen. but the driveline itself lines up nearly perfectly. and ive got weeks if not months of time to come up with a design. have a friend in oak ridge who is a machinist by trade so axles are covered.. today is day 1 of the new me no matter how it works out legwise1 leg or 2. my load handling has been or will be altered. only thing ive not figured yet is exhaust. maybe a punched gs can on horizontal plane under the bodywork. thats will be the last bit to come up with but ill be on a gs again. a yamahonkawazuki but central part, the main, the heart of her will be that gs E. updates to come later on

this is ORIF surgery ( Open Reduction Internal Fixation) this also has some NSFW tones to it because it shows images during process. only difference between this procedure and mine was i didnt have a screw put UP thru the bone along with the plate. you can see the screw going thru the bone. up thru the middle of it. everything else is spot on. again this could have some NSFW or appetite lol

WTF. after reading for an hour on this ( distal fibula fracture/spiral) if it doesnt join together whoopty friggin doo. tbh it bears no weight well minimally at best) as i said if it doesnt join together so be it. just make sure the ends are sealed somehow to avoid osteomyelitis. ( bone infection) . if this isnt possible, just remove it. problem solved. other than some muscle problems, i dont see an issue. PT can help build up muscle, = problem solved. if it must remain.  then either screw it into tib for support or just leave it be. if bone starts to necrotise ( die off) yank it. i can still ride at some point stability of ankle might be affected but either a lace up ankle brace or a high top shoe = prob solved. am i overlooking something? it seems so simple. idk. when i see ortho in 2 weeks will discuss this with him.

Calling ortho again today. THIS TIME  for left ankle tib fracture.bwell occured on 19th aug. you will see the vertical plane i.e it goes up/down or angles greater than 30deg from horizontal. had an ill be damned moment. ankle pain on left woke me up. had my dvd from hosp.   with reports and all since 12th august. pulled 19th up zoomed in. ill be damned there it is. now for some reason this happened on outside of distal tib. at fib mortise. however today noticing when i wrapped it either using provided lace up ankle brace it put pressure on the medial distal tib. and it hurt like help. ( and it fails / hits a positive) on tib/fib squeeze test. :/ and hurts WORSE to elevate. wtf lol. i know it wont be painless but was fine since almost day 1. until a few days ago. granted i wasnt 100% compliant as far as NWB but it was minimal. still am NWB (non weight bearing) on right ankle fib fracture distal. repaired using ORIF a titanium plate and screws. bone is not growing together but it can wait for now. the left concerns me. what sounds funny is the only way it feels remotely better is to stand up. :/ meh will update later on as soon as i know something

going over the labs from last hosp. 2 weeks back. then cross referencing issues of my life/health. triple time for union IF it even starts.:

Im a diabetic with peripheral neuropathy diagnosed 4mos ago     ( been ongoing for years), then theres vascular issues i have  ( pvd/pad Not totally  but diminished levels documented.) then theres smoking. i quit almost 2 years ago. BUT I DO SLIP UP. time to quit again. stocking up on an ecig if/when ortho puts me in hhosp again.

Intersting update i got an ad from photobucket. a 17"24" print of any photo in my collection. thinking of rounding up szome cash its like 17 shipped. going to put it besidee my family crest which interestingly enough has a bunch of DUCKS on it. one of which is one legged.. ill round up some stuff, sell it and order this canvas print. got a 2400x1700 from the dicon program hosp gives you if you ask. going to rais funds and clean house. doc says no load bearing on right. ( non union issue still.) sooooooo ill get on ground level. ill crawl.  has to bbe done. hes kinda pissed at me ( adr reat my ortho) restriction is ambulation only for bathroom and food prep.  nothing else. im imposing a NWB on left tibial fracture. leaving brace onband clean house. will be fun to order that print. when i raise funds to get it ill take cd over to old workplace and upload it to photobucket get that print  and put it beside the family crest. as a visual reminder of not following docs orders. also he suggested wheelchair still does. when they call me today will ha e them prescribe another month rental on chair. ( insurance). today will be fun. set
stereo up it programmed itself. sounds great lol. thanks to janx idea of a gs trike, ill do it adidasguy style. starting with a titled frame amd build it up. im considering installing an airshift. lol am in a good mood for once. today will be fun. illl follow docs orders but ill clean house lol figured how to do it AND follow/abide with restrictions. will crawl if need be or use my walker. today will be good. im in a good mood. cant work due to this so imm be busy cleaning house. anyhoo enough rambling. 630am time for bed lol.

Got a package delivered. it contained  medications for precancerous lesions on skin. was prescribed to me. okaaaay? ive no precancerous lesions. or skin that this med takes care of. i called them. they said apply it to affected area. i said what affected area ,the one  your doctor pointed out. i said well nobody pointed out anything. who prescribed it? they said robert daniel. hes an FNP i used to see. last about 4 mos ago. i have to return to them on 5th because of hosp issues. anyhoo ive not seen him since heck a long time. what  do i do with this stuff? i have to call the pharm directly tom.

popped anoth ankle joint knuckle. damn that was painful. lol. had a weird idea. i take all images at life size ( using mckesson horizon rad station program.) somehow print them onto transfers and put them on a tshirt lol. along with words  "Listen to your doctor Eh?" these would print around shirt front to back.

Had another dumba*s moment. removed bracing and aircast. elevated legs turned on stereo found a catchy tune. started tapping along to it and singing lol. tapping was heel to toe err toee to heel on right foot. noticed after tapping heel id get these fiery reminders not to do that. couldnt feel it from plate down to top of foot. until almost thru song. tapping is habit of mine. got to NOT do this lol. or do it with left foot. well no cant do that either. well hell ive got hands. could use those lol. weather playing havoc with arthritis now winter will be fun   )
