Here are my sprockets. What's wrong with them?

Swapped chain and sprockets (because I went down a tooth on the front). Can someone help me understand if these are in bad shape (does this constitute worn out?)

Yes.
They are both well worn.
Have a look on the other side of them and see if there is a similar amount of "side" wear on both sides.
If it is uneven it shows that you have had a misalignment problem.
To me, the front one seems to have a lot of side wear.

The front one was quite sloppy in the spline Macka. The new one is better and hopefully the new rear , chain and alignment will help
