All I hear is the starter spinning the engine over, and wind noise on the mic. You were working on your clutch, correct? Have you been having any carb problems? And what about the valve clearances - have you checked those?

I repair teh clutch, battery is new aswell, I'll get a better video in 2 minutes. Carbs are working perfectly; well were at laest and I don't know what valve cleared is

stop turning it over.
take out your spark plugs, and turn it over. ( don't look down, because it will blast fuel out)
you may have fuel leaking into your cylinders. If you are leaking fuel into your cylinders, you may have a bad float needle or sticky floats.
While you have your plugs out, ground them against your cylinder fins and see if you have spark ( dont touch the plug, you'll shock yourself)do it it a dark room and remember the spark may not be that bright. if you don't have spark, you may have a bad coil.
move on to the carbs. it is a pain in the ass to clean the idle jets, but i use a sewing needle, and twist it into the jet( removed) until i can see a clear hole with light.

Yikes. Yeah, something is banging around in there. The fact that it won't start makes me want to guess your timing chain jumped a couple teeth and your valves are tapping the pistons.

Find the engine timing pictures in the service manual, and see if your engine matches up.

Will do thank you so much for you help. This stuff is located on the left side correct ?

Big Rich

Right side. You just did the clutch plates, correct? Well, the timing was to the right of the clutch. But you only have to take off the cover with the 3 bolts. You'llhave to take the head cover off as well (remove the seat, gas tank, etc.).

Do I have to remoove the oil in order to do that or not ?
At least I'm learning stuff :l .

You should do a Google search for the Service Manual.  It has the instructions for setting the timing and almost any other maintenance task you can think of.

It's a great resource to learn how to care for your motorcycle.

Well, you'll really need to find that section of the manual. Even if I give you an idea of the next step, I can't tell you in detail how to check the timing of the engine.

It will be in the engine disassembly / reassembly section, and it will have a drawing of the timing end of the crank, along with the camshafts & chain.

Edit: and GS Jack is on the ball! Thanks Jack.

One of the screw to get to the valve broke.

I give up Rip bike.

Hupjai

Check out east out! Don't give up but it's always a good idea to take a break if you can. :3

You got it!  :woohoo:

Bluesmudge

Yeah, suzuki makes bolts out of clay just to make you mad.

You can buy a bolt extractor set and get them out! Its a small investment and you will use it in the future at some out. This will not be the last bolt you ever break.

Which bolt did you break exactly?

Love my ez out kit. only once has it failed me and that's because the screw was so rusted, it may as well have been welded on.
