FS: Nelson Rigg strap mount tank bag

So we are all on the same page - this is NOT the magnetic mount bag, it uses straps to hold it in place. Everything comes with the bag (mounting straps, shoulder strap, and rain cover) but I lost the directions. I really liked this bag for commuting and day trips, it was just a little too small for me.
