I currently have or will have available over the next weeks a variety of GS500 items for sale, trade, or free.

Available now or within a week:

- stock '92 GS500E tank, SOLD!

- stock brake and clutch levers, silver alloy. Brake lever has been on the pavement, it's straight as far as I can tell but has a flat spot ground into the ball on the end. Clutch lever looks straight and solid. Free to a good home, you pay actual shipping, take both levers at once. PENDING SALE (well, free)...

- stock rear shock, good working condition, make offer that includes you paying actual shipping costs.

- very good pair of GS500F rear turn signals. I bought these from another gstwin.com member with every intention of using them but decided to go a different direction. I didn't even unbox them. They are basically mint condition. You get them for what I paid for them, which is $15 shipped. It was a low-ball bargain offer that I am happy to extend.

- rough pair of '92 "boxy" GS500E front turn signals. Both lenses have had pavement contact and show it. They work, and the stalks are not broken. Make offer including you paying actual shipping. I'll post pictures. If you dropped your bike this might get you out of a bind. They may not be available for a couple of weeks.

- home brew (not by me) luggage rack. It's big, strong, made of steel with ugly welds and rough black paint but it's well-made for a homer. It'd be big to ship, probably cost $15+ for shipping alone but if you need a solid rack then you can't beat the price, which is you make an offer as low as "free", because otherwise I'll probably chop it up and wind up throwing it out after ruining it. You will have to pay for shipping. PENDING SALE -- Update, shipping for this is $45 because of the large size box required, and IMHO, the rack is not worth spending $45.



- matched set seat lock, tank lock/fuel-cap and ignition switch. SOLD along with the tank.

I'd be interested in trading if someone has precisely what I want and they need rid of it. I would like a stock left-side "foot guard" whatever it is, that plate that goes beside your left ankle, so if you have one of those kicking around then trade it for something I have. I also need a right-side hand control (engine run/stop switch etc.) and I'll take both sides if from a '03+.

In selling all this stuff I'm just cleaning out the garage and trying to get working/usable stuff in the hands of GSers who need it.

Dude, I really do need the left heel guard, but you are 2nd in line on the rack.

Apologies to thejerm that I haven't made time to figure out shipping for the rack. It's surprisingly big and obnoxious to ship. I just don't have a box big enough for it.

Other stuff is still available! The stock GS500 rear shock is now available (removed from the bike), in good working condition.

I have the turn signals. I'll try to get a picture. And I seriously have not forgotten to ship out the rack and brake levers but my life's not been compatible with doing extra stuff like this lately...
