Intake shims were 262 and exhaust shims were 272. Smallest feeler blade I've got is 0.04mm and when I checked the clearances that wouldn't fit. So intake clearance should be max 0.03mm. I put the intake shims (262) into the exhaust buckets and measured again. I used the 0.1mm and the 0.06mm blades together and they wouldn't fit, but the 0.1mm and the 0.05mm would.  :thumb: This means that the exhaust clearance with the 272 shims was 0.03mm.

Now I've FINALLY got the shims I wanted the exhaust clearance has changed, and is now 0.15mm with the 262 shims   :technical: :bs: :nono: :flipoff: Far too big
Intake shims are now 260 shims, brake side clearance is 0.05mm. This is exactly what I was aiming for.  :woohoo: Check the other side, 0.05mm, doesn't fit  :nono: 0.04mm, doesn't fit  :bs: The only thing I can deduce is that clutch side intake clearance was 0.01mm and is now 0.03mm. Too small

Totally f%&ked off
