Great work! This looks amazing! That tank looks so cool with the bare metal showing  :thumb:

Jealous of the clip-ons your bike had haha but the bar you have now looks great with the scrambler tires etc.

Excited to see the finished bike!

Sooo guys I feel like my project is 97% done ))) So let me share with you some worklog with photos!

1) I finally fixed all carbs-related issues, thanking to The Buddha's, mr72's and all other gurus who took part in discussions!!!

2) I already mentioned the complicated procedure of the tank's bottom part, here are all that stuff I used for painting:

3) Sanded the tank, treated some risky areas with ant-rust, added 'KEEDUCH' word at the top and sanded it a little bit, covered with some 'exclusive' epoxy-polyurethane laсquer which I've ordered from Ukraine (my Motherland, actually):

4) Treated the tank inside - already mentioned it in prev post

5) As soon as break liquid box was leaking, I used some silicone tape + a piece of a heat-shrink tubing, then a little bit of textile-based adhesive tape )))

6) added some details which are pleasing my heart )))

So at the moment that's it )

Of cource still having some issues to fix - oil pan is slightly leaking, probably the gasket; also was going to polish all 'shiny' parts, but now not sure if I really  need to do it - it's a 'scramblerish' mode, is has to be a little bit rough!! Opinions? )))

Ready to answer any questions, appreciate your feedback, guys )
