What part is this ?

Hey everyone I was rebuilding my carb and i noticed that a part that connects to a hose was torn and i dont know what the parts called. It connects to the hose that comes from the fuel chicken and it looks like a T im guessing it supplies fuel to both carbs. I was wondering if you guys could help me figure out what it is and if by any chance you guys know where i can get it besides the dealership because they want 55 dollars for it. I would post a picture but i dont know how.

Lower T is fuel inlet. Goes to fuel chicken, Upper T is vent and goes to atmosphere. Plug that and the bike will not run.
