if your bike is in good shape then the price would be $1500...maybe you could get more if someone realy want's your GS and has money to burn...otherwise, be happy if you get about $1600

I'd say between 1100, and 1900 depending on how much patience you have, and whether or not your in a rush to let it go.

As far as the sportster for 3k, I've never seen one priced that low. (not one that ran anyway).

It's really hard to say. The market for bikes is so tentative, especially this bike. I got mine for $1200 on Ebay, and I've seen similar bikes go for $2800 on there as well. It's a matter of location, time of year and any other number of random factors. My advice to you is to sell it on Ebay, and set a reserve that you would be comfortable with selling the bike for. Good Luck

Hey did the bars cause the throtle sticking.... The paint ws  bit runny and made a lot of peaks and valleys... did one of those catch the throttle tube... I actually fitted the wrong throttle tube on my 91 and had throttle that had to be pushed to close...
Cool.

I have not noticed any throttle sticking problems, but there did need a little lube to get on
