Hi there!

Has anyone installed these to their GS500F?

They seem to be the brightest I've come across. I'm just not sure how they'd mount to the bike.

I'm not sure if these adapter plates would do the trick...

Thanks,

I like the look of them too!!

Aren't the holes in the nose fairing of the F round? From what I see in pics I think they are... but I have an E so I can't look in person.

I ask because those adapter plates are shaped for the gixxer style OEM signals and the mounting holes in the nose fairing of that bike. I had to mess around with them when I added some gixxer parts to my GS.

If it were me, I'd be tempted (only tempted cuz of that price lol) to purchase a set of those signals and make up my own adapter plates for mounting them securely.

They're more like a square with rounded corners. Look at the mounting hardware:

Part number 6. The part that comes through the hole in the fairing is a rounded square.

If you want to mount non-OEM signals on the fairing, you'll need at least one of those per side. Personally, for my signals I installed one per side but backwards and then used a big flat washer on the inside of the cowl to keep the signals secured.

Endopotential

I think the flush mounts are really only good for looks / aesthetics and not of any use functionally.

They're so small and tucked in that most drivers won't see them well unless it's totally dark out.

I have similar setups on my other bikes and can't tell if other drivers can see them at all when I try to signal.

For front turn signals to be of much use visually, they need to stick out on a long stalk or be at the height of your mirrors or bar ends.
