Rejet washers?

Hi,

Sorry if this has been covered before but i cant seem to find a straight answer.

I have recently purchased a run down, stolen recovered, insurance write-off 2007 GS500 as a project bike.
It came fitted with a K&N drop in air filter and a Delkevic full exhaust (225mm can).
I took the carbs apart today to clean and found it is still running the standard jets so I've ordered some new ones (20/65.2/142.5).

My question is do I need washers for the needle and if so what size and how many?

Any advice welcome.
