Ive recently taken apart my carburetor in hopes I could put it back together and itd fix the idling. Now that ive got that cleaned up and a new main jet, I cant find a hose that connects to the gas tank (k9 if that matters). Im fairly certain the two hoses I have are the ones leading to the petcock, but im not sure where the 3rd one goes. My best guess is that it leads to the charcoal box (which im also not sure where is). Any feedback or pictures would be greatly appreciated.

Picture of the line refering to would help but I will guess and say the drain line which connects directly to the fuel tank at the bottom.  The nipple is a straight line from the fuel filler ring.

I dont have the line, which is the cause for the confusion. It does seem based off the posted diagrams that it is the drain hose that goes to the canister. However I cant find a picture of what the cannister looks like. Will post some pictures after work. If it is this hose, can i simply put a vacuum cap on the end and call it a day
