Welcome to the forum!

Do you have to keep the choke slightly on even after the bike is fully warmed up? (Fully warm for these bikes takes a while.)
Superbike bars, '04 GSXR headlight & cowl, DRZ signals, 1/2" fork brace, 'Busa fender, stainless exhaust & brake lines, belly pan, LED dash & brake bulbs, 140/80 rear hoop, F tail lens, SV650 shock, Bandit400 hugger, aluminum heel guards & pegs, fork preload adjusters, .75 SonicSprings, heated grips

You open the idle screw enough ?
You synch the carbs by eyeball ? Then that idle screw setting usually too far closed unless you opened it up after that, typically you're better off opening it when you have it running.
Cool.
