I had purchased a rack second hand, and the bloke didn't have any of the nuts or bolts (which was annoying).

I got the instructions direct from a supplier in Australia. They include all of the relevant info about bolt/washer sizing as well. You should be able to get these bits from Bunnings - if you're missing the rear mounting bracket, Part #146, you will need to fabricate one yourself.
