Maddening mirrors

Hi Folks, My stick right hand mirror has a major case of the buzzies or the rattles.

The right side of the mirror makes a realy anoying rattle which goes away when I squeeze the outer part of the mirror and holder together.

Does anyone have any photos of what the mirror looks like inside and how to remove the glass in order to refix it proprely?

Maybe I'll try to squeeze a small but of a plastic card behind the mirror to  see if it stops it.
