Have you had any issues with a Sonic Springs order? Is their comminution just bad?

I placed an order for springs last week. I got a confirmation that they received the order.

I've heard nothing else. No shipping confirmation or tracking number.

I reached out to them asking if my order had shipped. That was a few days ago and I haven't heard anything back.

Is this typical for them?

I personally did not have any problems when I ordered my springs but that was 6 years ago now. Before I bought them I asked a few questions through the website... I believe it was webmaster@sonicsprings.com and his name was Rich (who at the time was the owner IIRC). He used to be active here on the forum as well... user name RichDesmond.

After looking at the official website just now, it seems that the company changed hands at some point over the last few years. Hopefully they get back to you soon!!

They were great back when I ordered mine, but that was like 2009. I hadn't heard that they changed hands.
I'm sure it will work out, but if not, Racetech also makes great springs and also makes the cartridge emulators for even more control over rebound/compression damping.

Got my springs!

Got an order update about 2 weeks after placing it. They were manufacturing the springs.

Received them a few days later :)
