I put on the F-16 windshield last night but I'm having trouble getting the headlight back together. The top has a large gap, but the screws line back up. Is there a "trick" to getting the headlight back together?? Any help is appreciated.

No "trick" that I'm aware of, just be sure that all the wires behind the headlight are folded to be as "flat" as possible inside the lamp case, you can adjust the little wire-holder thingies if necessary. I've had to remove my headlight numerous times when i was working on the wiring for new turn signals and heated grips, and never really had a problem getting it back together correctly. My advice would be to just fiddle with it some more.  :thumb:

The headlight case has the 2 screws on the 4 and 8 oclock positions. You must align the top half of the light to the ridges in the lamp case then push the bottom half in to the guide ridges,  then screw the screws in.

I find that it is easiest to put the top of the headlight on first, like hanging a jacket on a wall peg, then push in the bottom second.
