anyone have a gs500f that have installed these yet?  post pics even if its not a 2004.  Just wanna see what they look like!  :mrgreen:

i just e-mailed the company to ask if they have them for the 02.  they also need better pics so that we know how they look.  i already put led bulb in mine, ditched the signalight for carbon flush mounts and short stalk, gell grips and cut off the tail.

they do, they just dont know it.
Use a cbr1100xx (97-98) and it fits with *minor* adjustment.

I had called them yesterday and asked specifically if these will fit on my '04.  The rep said they should.  I'm a little hesitant to buy them right now since he was definitely positive.  I'm probably just gonna order them and let you guys know if they fit or not.  If worse comes to worse,  I'll get what peetee pablo said and return these for an exchange.

ok..these things don't fit the gs500f / 2004.  

PeeteePablo, my question to you is,  or to anyone for that matter...how are bulbs mounted?  is the mounting universal?

the reason i ask is if i get the cbr1000xx ones...i'm worried about the bulb and wiring compatability.  how hard would it be to rewire?

I'll let PeeteePablo say the final word... but The bulbs, sockets, plugs and wiring for all bikes that hvae incandescent bulbs is nearly identical. Some wires may be shorter, some longer, but they all near identical.

ok well, i got the CBR ones from clear alternatives.com ...it comes with the clean tail light and led bulbs...72$ shipped altogether.  

I'll let you guys know how hard it would be to rewire this.
