Wow, that looks like a great deal!  You could probably turn around and sell it for 2 or 3 hundred on ebay if it's in good condition or even just ok condition

YES THAT IS A GOOD DEAL

I bought my Yoshimura (and sold it) for $230 shipped. It didn't fit, but still. Jealousy!

That's a very very good price and it looks like it's in very good condition from those pictures.  Rusty stock exhausts go for that much all the time, so yeah, it's a good deal.  It's probably stolen or something

  I was just messing with you anyway...

I sent the guy an email saying that I'm next in line...

So, if you don't get it, I will.  :thumb:

I'm not really an @$$hole, but I play one on TV.

um that's a steal. They don't make yoshi pipes anymore for gs500. Yoshi is considered the most powerful exhaust for gs500. I got mine used for $210. At $50 you're really robbing him.  :thumb:

I just paid 250 for mine....worth every damn penny.

Actually sounds like a real bike now, better throttle response, and pulls above 9K, what a shock that was...

Funny,

I e-mailed him last night and made arrangements to see it on Thursday, but couldn't due to my work schedule.  What a great deal!  I hope it works out for you.

Well, it is in the trunk of my car.
I am surprised to hear that he sold it to me after having an arranglement already made with somebody else.
He strikes me as a great guy with high ethics. Not sure what the deal was there.

I guess now I got research on what is involved in using this pipe.

Well, if you give it to me, I'll put it on and let you know.

If you're putting on a pipe, you're gonna need a rejet...  And if you're gonna rejet, you might as well change out the stock airbox...

There are literally hundreds (if not thousands) of threads on the topic...  But, if all else fails you can take the new jets, pipe, and filter to a shop and have them put it all on. :thumb:

nah, I'll do everything myself. I am totaly capable. Just need the time to do the research and order all the parts. The rest should be easy and fun.

Congratuations on a great deal!  I let him know last night that our schedules didn't mesh up--my loss (sigh).  Those pipes will look great on your bike! :thumb:

I wonder how it compares to the new Jardine exhaust...
