you are right :) i am a giant my paint work almost complete so i will post the recent looking soon...
Looks great. Love to see pics/mods/stories from other lands. Happy riding.
photos are in the first post
That's quite an impressive paint job!
Very Nice! :thumb:
i cannot take photos while the job is processing because my camera is broken so i borrow someone else's camera to take these photos
i am planning to cover sides with grids (my english is not good) i saw it from another guy's bike on here
(http://www.jinyu-trading.com/pictures/wall-rack.jpg)
iam also considering cutting my chase and re-desing it but i want to keep it original
i have some front brake fluid leaking issue and it is leaking on the front tire probably because of the hose will replace it
i am a 110kg-human :) so the riding is quite uncomfortable can my rear shock is a little bit hard (stiff) ? should i make softer it?
and also my carb issue is still annoying me
another problem after 7k rpm is rising very slowly althought full throttle
my clucth plates should be replaced
in second gear i can see only 80kmh on 7-8k rpm when i try to going faster vibration is really annoying and althought my engine is running faster my bike is not :)
also in first gear if i try the full throttle very quickly , rpm is rising very quickly but bike does not go anywhere :)
so i think clucth plates can cause these symptoms
:woohoo:
after all finished my bike will be fine and i will be happy totally. :tongue2:
wow, that is an awesome paint scheme! i really like the colors you picked. awesome! :thumb:
cheers,

nice work. be sure to not use oil that has friction modifiers, or marked energy conserving, that will cause clutch slippage

and my carb issue still continue because i dont have any tools to sync vacuums i guess my one cylinder has more vacuum. so equal butterfly's angle does not work
sorry for bad english
You can make the tool in 5 miutes. Just take clear tubing and fill it with motor oil.
Something like this: http://www.off-road.com/snowmobile/info/howto/carbsync/tool3.jpg
Your English is perfectly fine.
thanks i tried to make the thing like this i guess my hose's diameter is too big to measurement because when i fired the engine, the oil in the hosel going left to right, right to left like crazy and i couldnt measured anything
i will try soon with small diameter hose and the hose will be longer (because i cannot catch the oil while it was going to vacuum port :), my carb vacuumed some oil :D )

You could try adding the extra valve that they talk about in this thread. It might help to stabilize the oil.
About the clutch, a silly question, but I guess you have adjusted the clutch cable?
Very good work with the painting! Unique! :thumb:
EDIT: forgot the link :icon_lol:

I'm liking the cut rear cowl! I just have mine removed, but yours looks clean. Where did you stuff all the electronics? Under the seat? Pics?
