I actually have it on good authority that there is a component that is related to genetic and muscle structure and so on and not just wearing a below shoulder boulder holder all the time and of course size does matter.
Its like this ... someone I knew, girl A had pretty saggy and big breasts and she said that she'd always wear a bra but they were saggy even when she was a teen.
