Not a whole lot will just bolt on, but there are many GSX and GSXR parts that can be made to work with the GS with a little ingenuity. Most common are suspensions, but some folks have gotten crafty with heads, carbs, etc. There's not really a list of what works easily, and just about anything can be made to work if you have enough money, time, and skill. That said, the most easily adapted parts are from pre '95 GSXR's and Katanas.

well thank you i want to try to get better handeling

I'd start with a early 90's Katana or GSXR rear shock for more adjustability. Minimal modification required, just a little notch on the shock tabs and the information is posted multiple times in the GSTwin archives. Front suspension is a little trickier since you need to swap the entire front end, not just the fork tubes. If you're pretty handy you can collect the parts and assemble it yourself, if you're not so comfortable you may want to find somethign complete and already converted to bolt on.

so now it can start to add up price wise hmmm. well thanks again

In the long term it's cheaper to buy a bike that handles better! But where's the fun in that?!

89-97 Katana 600/750 forks are really easy to fit to the GS. The stem is a little longer but 15 minutes with a file can make them fit. They use the same front wheel but use different brakes and rotors. The speedo pickup may be an issue though.

Other rear shocks can be made to fit. My 91 has a FZR Fox TC, the upper mount had to be raised since the shock is longer. I just mounted a 04 GSXR600 shock in my 94 by fabricating a new upper mount. Allows for ride adjustment as well.
Common sense in not very common.
