part #K22-3801Z will this fit my 03?

You'll have a hard time finding info specifically on the '03 model year.  But the rear sprocket has been the same throughout the production run.  (See my GS500 Chains & Sprockets list.)

That eBay sprocket looks fine.  The only thing I would do is double-check that your current rear sprocket has 5 bolt holes instead of some other number.  (You never know!  :dunno: )

it's made in taiwan...should i trust it?...the brand is called Pro Series

If peace of mind is important, order a "name brand" unit.  You could almost have it installed before the eBay auction ends!
