If you want to post a picture that is already hosted somewhere on the 'Net:

1) Right-click on the image itself and choose Properties.

2) Select the entire URL and save it to the clipboard with Ctrl-C.

3) In your GStwin post type

[img ], then paste the URL with Ctrl-V, then type [/img].  Or you can paste the URL first, select it with the mouse again, and click the "Img" button above the edit window.

4) Use the Preview button to make sure you did it right.

5) Submit.[/list:u]

If you need a good place to host your own pictures for free, try www.flikr.com

better yet, use www.photobucket.com.  they dont resize your pictures or put some stupid logo on it.

flikr.com doesn't put their logo on photos, and they resize the photo to several different sizes so you can choose which one you want. The sizes range from 75x75 to 1024x773 (maybe higher, i just glanced at one of my photos as an example).
