Kerry I hadn't watched the video all the way thru until last night... now I see why you need the 2.50 shim!  Let me know if you want me to pull it out of Srinaths kit and send to you.  Too bad I didn't realize it sooner: I sent you a letter yesterday.

Cool, indeed!  When I sent it out, my kit had a 280 (or was it 285?) that I  can swap you for.

Maybe Eisenfaust (or the next person in line) can be persuaded to mail it to you....

Yes both kits have the video.  

I did my adjustment today, and everything was in spec.  So I'm pulling the 250 for Kerry before I send it to raveratb.  Joerocker, you can pm raceratb and give him your address for when he is through with the kit.

I sent the kit to raceratb yesterday, its scheduled for delivery friday, dec 17.

Hey Jeff P, I'm just about done with it.. I did my adjustment the other night... swapped out two shims. Once I have the bike back together, I'll pack everything up, and give you a PM for your address

I'll be away for a week but I'll take whichever kit is ready first.  I PMd raceratb already with my address.

BTW: Kerry, seshadri_srinath, you guys are great to have done this for everyone.

All finished. Im sending it to JoeRocker monday.  BTW some time saving tips.  1-remove the fuel lines from the petcock not from the tank, much easier that way. 2- only remove the front 2 bolts of the valve cover breather.  3-instead of removing the two bolts that directly attach the tank to the bracket remove the 2 that attach the bracket to the frame.  you usually have to remove it anyways and this way you dont have to try and wedge things in to get to those 2 tank bolts or risk losing one of those rubber washers like i did.

i need to be added to this list... BUT i'm not going to need / be able to use it until maybe January 15.

doing all 3 bikes in 1 shot!

Okay, I saw joerocker's posts about his troubles with the valve checks.  I think it's time for me to do one too, considering my bike apparently has never had its valves checked in its 8 years and 8700 mile lifetime.

I'd appreciate being added to the list for Srinath's kit.  Looks like the lines for the kits go like this now:

I had gotten lost and was wondering who had which kit and who was next in line....

BTW, Ed_in_Az threw in an unopened Motion Pro valve tool when he sold me his bike.  With my original tool zipping around the country I don't think I want to sell this second one, but I would be open to sending it out for quick round trips.

Hey guys, I wanted to see the status on these kits.  I'd like to add myself to the list.  Are these floating around West coast / east coast? or are they all over.

If all over I believe I'll add myself to Kerry's list as that line seems less.
