been a while since i posted.
haven't been riding since i T-boned some older lady pulling out in front of me. took like 3 weeks for the bike to get fixed on her insurance company's dime.  got the bike back and now i'm having an ignition problem.  turn the key on, lights are on, bike in neutral, clutch in, engine kill switch on, press the ignition button and nothing happens. then i have to fiddle with the cables that lead into the controls and once i push them back and forth a little bit, the bike will start up no problem when i press the ignition button.   :dunno:
i think its a connection problem. is this easy enough for me to work on? don't have a lot of experience working on the bike yet and i'm not sure if i want to disconnect, reconnect cables b/c if i do it wrong i don't the bike shutting off on me while i'm on the highway if i did it improperly.  just annoyed that i have to go all the way back to the shop and relinquish the bike to more repairs for another day.    :x

hmm...could it be the clutch switch...try bypassing it.
