I'm actually not going to do it.  Danny is going to sell the tail/seat/cowl.  I've got too much other stuff going on right now, that's why my yahoo photo album is still a mess.  I just pulled my stock stuff off to see if it would fit on the pre-01's.  

We didn't take pictures of the two subframes side by side, but if we are bored this weekend, we might get that done for future reference.  The subframe itself is unchanged, but as Doug found out with his R6 install, the parts welded to the subframe get in the way.  If you are willing to hack those off and commit to converting it over, it'd be the same thing as the pre-01 bikes.  Easy enough, just need a grinder and enough balls to start hacking.

The real question is... how will you get the seat to work? O_o

The seat is gonna be the major hard part.  The passenger pad/cowl is easy...just build about an inch or two's worth of mat'l and thread longer screws through the latch and the block of mat'l into the stock holes where the latch mounts.

The front seat...yeah...gonna have to be custom cutting on a GSXR seat, I'll have to see Danny's to give you the low-down.  We can take picts this weekend of my bike stripped down to the bare subframe and with the tail mocked up a little better with a seat.  

I'll have time this weekend to actually take pictures and hopefully organize them into a form that will tell people what is what.

bump..... any new pics how about the seat situation? i was thinking about dfoing this but on a 2006
