Hi,
I just moved to Oakland/Lake Merritt and I was wondering if anyone who lives or has lived in the bay area has any advice on parking on the streets.  For example, do you get tickets for "piggybacking" as in the NY petition post?  What about safety or theft?  Overnight parking?  Thanks!
I came here to kick @$$ or chew bubblegum...and it looks like I'm all out of bubblegum.

Was surfin' B.A.R.F. to find this:

Hope this helps.

You might want to use the search function on B.A.R.F. to find the other threads; I used 'Francisco', because 'parking' had 82 pages of results.
The motorcycle is no longer the hobby, the skill has become the hobby.

Power does not compare to skill.  What good is power without the skill to use it?

Thanks!  That bay area riders site will be incredibly useful.
