Ha Ha ... mine are better...
Mine is 1 piece, very very thick 6061 and mine also has a better bolt mechanism. Further ... mine will pop off in most cases if you crash. I tested it many times and always comes off ... I hade similar ones made by tommaselli ... improved on that design quite a bit IMHO ... And replacements mine should be also $20 ... but you can get just 1 ... dont have to have the pair. BTW these ones also I can make replacements and they'd be $10 a pair ... These are similar to the 89 ones.

I have a set of vortex clipons on mine
they are pretty nice

OK these have 6 steel bolts in the clamp on piece ... mine has 1 ... I think the clamp on piece is going to be an even match for weight. Mine has 1/8th wall tube for the handle. These I'll bet are 1/16th like the stock ones. Other than that weight I believe they'd weigh the same. In fact Mine has a shorter tube insert into the clamp piece ... Mine are better design ... its a cap not a sleeve type. And oh yea werase the extra 4 oz is absolutely going to kill the way the bike runs.
