OK this test is complete.  I'll be working on importing the old gallery photos then open it up in a day or two.

Just uploaded some files. It worked well, I didn't recieve any errors.

Is there a way to edit/delete my own files? I didn't notice one, but I didn't look very hard... kind of late. I almost added a file to the wrong alblum and that made me think about editing my files.

No you can't edit or delete, but pics posted in the wrong place will be moved as necessary by the admins.  Heck I know there will be misposted stuff.

I got that when I tried to post a 2nd comment right after the first one that I posted.

Dunno if that File: should be there or not...looked out of place with a different font and whatnot.

Well don't be stingy.  Post ANYTHING.  Like I said, whatever is posted gets cleaned out in another day and then I start fulling photos from the old gallery.

bump.  Still looking for people to post anything.  Tonight I clean it out and start incorporating pics from the old gallery.

yes.  You just have to PM an admin (pantablo, me....)

Remember whaterer gets posted through today gets cleaned out.

But yes, part of the reason for this change is a better gallery and more flexability.

cool.  if you are open to suggestions i would say another category for random pictures would be useful.  this way the other categories wouldnt get clogged up w/ pictures that arent relevant to the corresponding category.. just a thought.

Well I intend on keeping it relevant: Bikes, owners and photos from travels  anything else is off topic and not relevant.

With the default set to "Members Bikes", a lot of wrong album posts will occur. At least it will give the mods something to do. It would be good if it required you to select a specific album, without a default.

Good suggestion, but I don't know how to do it.  I'll look to see if there's a mod.

Otherwise we'll have to move pics to the appropriate album as needed.
