Looks like our trip back from San Pedro past the airport, SOO many bikes on Monday (San Pedro harbor back through LA to visalia, took a cruise to mexico and docked in san pedro monday).

1) people would TRY to not let you pass them.
2) people switch lanes for NO reason QUICKLY.  You'd get killed.



Watching this... these people are soooo calm.....   these guys would be DEAD if they came here and did that..

pretty much the same for Virginia, NJ and DC area....people here hate motorcycles who try to get home quickly.  :guns:

I've said it before and I'll say it again... you city boys are braver than me.  If I didn't live in the sticks I'm not sure I'd ride.

Doin that on Hwy41 through Fresno is great. Rush hour hits and even though its a small town compared to LA you can be stuck there for over an hour.

Funny thing is, I know exactly where that is, and I've done just the same thing through there. Looks like its eastbound on I-80 just after the Carqunez bridge, near Vallejo. Traffic looks pretty light to me, too. Heh.

Maybe I should make a vid of traffic on the bay bridge sometime. :-p

That's 101 North Of the golden gate right ... or is it 80 north of the karkinas bridge ... I think its 80 ... That looks vaguely familiar and I haven't done 101 North in 10 years ... 80 North I did last in 2002 i think ... have seen it before and My memory is bad. So recent ...

I'm pretty sure its the Carquenez bridge that he's going over. its the only bridge in the area where you pay the toll *After* crossing, other than the golden gate. Plus, I saw a bunch of signs on the freeway for Benicia and Martinez.

Never mind its got sections of 680 in it as well ... so I htink each of those clips where the scene changes is a different road.

It's like my commute to Manhattan except with about 25% less space between the cars.  Hell if we had that much space between the cars around here, I would have to watch for the cagers following me as I split lanes. :lol:  :lol:

I wish we could split lanes here in the Seattle area. It is so illegal....Not to mention people around here can not drive to save there ass. So much road rage and people are in such a hurry to get nowhere fast. Just like the previous post...people switch lanes just to piss you off and keep you from getting in front of them or getting home faster than them because your on a bike. People around here really don't like bikers.

this must be an everyday thing for many bikers.  notice how many other bikes were doing the same exact thing.  is this legal anywhere??  i cant imagine that it is but the people in the cars dont seem to mind and im sure they see it everyday!

the only state i know of where it's not illegal is california...i've seen enough of bikers doing it..while i was visiting.

in just 4 minutes of riding, he had shared lanes with over 200 cagers!
