leaky can

I was starting up my bike this morning, and while it was warming up I decided to do a walk-around.

by the way - when it's cold and wet out my exhaust is kinda white for the first minute when the bike is warming up. But it doesn't smell like burning oil. I've always assumed it's water vapor. Is it? Or is it something else that I need to worry about.

So i'm doing my walk around and I noticed a plume of the white smoke/water vapor coming out of the front end of the can. Does this exhaust leak negatively affect the bike? Is this the excuse I've been looking for to get one of srinath's adaptors and a wileyco can?

I'll try and remember to take my digital camera with me when i start the bike tomorrow. I would have used my camera phone to get a picture - but it was in my pocket underneath my riding pants and i didn't feel like taking my pants off in front of the neighbors ;-}

dgyver

Just water vapor. Typical in the colder months. There should be a weap hole in the front of the can to allow condesation to drain.
Common sense in not very common.
