A friend gave me Metzler tyre 150/70 17".
I want to put  it on my stock rear wheel.
I want to know if any of you ride 150 on your bike and will i have any problems mounting thr tyre or rideing with tyre like that.

Any sugestions?
Thanks.

Ride safe.

I've done it. its possible. you will notice the bike will tend to "fall into" corners when leaned over far. As the tire wears this falling in will become more severe. one day it scared the crap out of me and I never installed a 150 again. Steers slow. You can use the tire if your buddy is giving it to you but in the future I would strongly recommend you buy a Pirelli Demon tire in 140/70 or 130/70 to keep the steering sprightly.

I ran a metzeler M-1 and Pilot Sport, both will fit without rubbing anything but that size tire is pinched at the rim since its not intended for such a narrow rim. thats what causes the falling in...slower to steer then BAM.
