fouled plugs

so i recently rejetted and upon starting the bike discovered that fuel was leaking everywhere due to (i think) a worn float valve.  i think the valve was only worn on one side b/c fuel only flowed out of that side of the carb and the other float height seemed correct.  BUT, both plugs are fouled.  does that mean i have float issues on both sides?  or could one stuck float valve foul both plugs?

now that i write that, it doesn't seem like it could...  could the air/fuel screw have anything to do with fouled plugs?  thanks for any suggestions :thumb:

Did you try to set your float height? Have you done the "clear tube method" to make sure they are where they're supposed to be? Maybe you accidentally set the height WAY too high? :dunno:

If both plugs are fouled, then you have problems w/ both carbs. I assume they're carbon fouled.. Only thing I can think of, assuming you screwed everything back together ok is the float height is wrong. Is it leaking through the air box?
