Front disc brake problems, wobbling like mad.

I'm going to run my bike on old chip oil. But it's ok, it's a 1000cc diesel.

Sounds like it is way past its wear limit and is warped. Does the front brake pulse when applied?

The disk and carrier are sold as one unit, riveted together. Some aftermarket disks can be installed with new c-clip buttons. Used rotors can sometimes be found at a wrecker.
Common sense in not very common.

It works just fine no pulse or anything unusual.
The disc moves on the carrier and the c-clips rattle, go over a bump in the road and you can hear it.

I think your right, reccon it's best to change the whole thing at a bike breakers. Problem there is my local breakers are as thick as pig dung and never has what I want.
I guess it's eBay again.

If it just rattles then there really is not a problem, except for the excessive wear. It is possible that the wavy washers have been removed.

I know have seen one one ebay recently. I do have one that is still in spec for sale, along with several out of spec I am basically giving away.

Bingo, that's what it is, no wavey washers.
I bet some idiot took it to bits and couldn't put it together properley.
Are the wavey washers available from suzuki?

I would buy a disc of you but I live in England.

Without the wavy washers you have a full floating rotor. With them it is semi-floating. You can get the washers from after market suppliers, like EBC. Some racer remove them to reduce the chance of warping the disk due to excessive heating on the track.
