I'm using stock needles right now...will the bike run better if I change the needlel to fit my jet size?

i'm using 147.5 main jets right now...with 1 washer under needle
wileyco, K&N pod, rejet 22.5/65/147.5, F16 flyscreen, progressive springs, 15t front sprocket...more to come: katana shock

it's OK...but not as well as I'd like it to be...

i would go down a little on jet size before changing the needles.
every day above ground is a good day.
