looks like either
40 pilot
125 main
1 washer
3 turns

or

40 pilot
127.5 main
2 washers
3 turns

its for a 98 500e

That's the right one - the turns and washers are trial and error ... some have 2 on it, some have 1, some have 4 turns some have 2 ... They are easy swaps ... so fiddle till you like it.
