Maybe the Russian icebreaker crew will drop the researchers off on the ice cap and leave, so the researchers can find their hole to middle earth?   And if they don't... well, that's one good way to dispose of the kooks  :mrgreen:

I think it is a hoax as well. Think about it. A few crew members on a huge ass boat having to do a simple job decide to make some extra cash and rent out their living quarters. dunno, is hard to swallow that anyone would be so gullible, but i found this through craigslist.  some guy was asking for corporate sponsorship for him to go and document the trip.  people are crazy.

They are for real, they have been around for a long time.

I heard the expedition leader on Coast to Coast recently. If you never listened you should. Comes on AM radio late at night.

They discuss every kind of pseudoscience and fringe stuff you can imagine. Always entertaining
