I'm an idiot in the shop, anyone live around Madison, WI that wants to help me out? ;) I want to rejet and put on a wileyco slipon with srinath's flange.

I'd be happy to help out. Did you end up getting the 04? If you ended up with an older one, I even have extra carb parts.

Check out Madison Motorsports for jets. They stock mikuni jets, so I imagine that they will have what you need.

Goat, I would be very interested in what jetting set up you end up doing.  I will also be installing a Wileyco muffler and Srinath flange with a Choker.  Who knows, I may end up knocking the Choker out.  I'm planning to leave the stock air box.  It would be OK if the mixture was just a tad rich.  I assume the Pilot Jets should be changed to 40, but what size should be used for the Main Jets?  Should any washers be installed under the Jet Needles?  And finally, should I drill out the caps for the Pilot Air Screws and make any adjusments?  Anyone with an opinion feel free to pipe up.  Thanks!
