What's inside the GS500 tool set?

I have the original tool set for my Yamaha and there are some
special wrenches to adjust back damper, steering bearing, and so.

I don't have the tool set for my GS500, are there special tools too?

The shock adjusting tool is in there. However, lots of folks find a long screwdriver works just fine.

Everything else in mine is pretty normal stuff but I could be missing something.

I'd have to have it in front of me to name them all...  Wrenches...  Screw drivers...  Uh...  Some other useful stuff.   :dunno:

Do a search on tool kit. this was just answered about 2 weeks ago or less
People are more violently opposed to fur than leather because it's safer to harass rich women than motorcycle gangs.

The only special tool is the Rear Shock preload tool (the "C" wrench, labeled R32.5 in Pablo's link).  There's a trick to use it as there's precious little swing space.  (It's still a skill I don't have.)    :(
