So I go out to have my 10 o'clock smoke and the area in which I am required to do so is a place that a lot of people on the street drag race.  I've seen my share of wheelies and such but this time the dude on his Yam. R6 takes off from the stoplight, gets up to speed, and then jumps up and sits on his gas tank?? WTF??

I actually sat on my gas tank tonight to be honest with you. Its not very hard at all do it.  :dunno:

Oh, was he doing a wheelie WHILE sitting on his gas tank? Cauz if thats it, no i havent done that, lol. Ive just sat on the tank and rode like that.  :lol:

No wheelie just sitting there on his gas tank driving down the road.  Oh and no gear what so ever.  Plus it has been raining here consistantly for a week.

I ride on the tank every day, its the only way to enjoy doing the speed limit

i ride on the tank all the time.  its fun.  i can even come to a stop then go again

hahaha, i do that all the time. To scared to try it while wheeling tho for the time being. What about standing up right and steering by shifting weight or knees on seat but keep hands on handlebar or no hands steering.

Fun stuff...cannot wait to get my bike fixed that a benz helped 'ruin'.

I was hanging out at the playground at SV and one of the locals was doing some stunts on his gix1k. Highchair wheelies and stoppies. Yep sitting on the gas tank with legs over the handlebars doing both in the same run. A little of a poser but still a damn good rider. He took us out to show us some of the other roads.
